Growing up, I was always active, throwing myself into sports like tennis, swimming, motocross, golf, and mountain biking. Each sport helped shape my foundation in movement, coordination, and resilience. But over the past 10 years, I found my true passion in bodybuilding. It’s not just a sport to me – it’s a discipline that’s taught me the value of consistency, grit, and pushing beyond limits.

With over 5 years of hands-on experience in personal training, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients transform not just their physiques, but their confidence and mindset too.
